Employee Wellness Counseling Services was founded by Minister Anthony Franklin Sr. to address critical stress related issues affecting global business. After many years of counseling,  Mr. Franklin came to realize that stress related issues exist in all areas of personal, spiritual, and professional areas of life. As a founder, and the driving force behind two successful Ministries (one growing Internationally), and the founder and President of a growing janitorial contracting enterprise; Mr. Franklin has spent many years successfully counseling hundreds of individual's in many fields; in regard to stress in the work force through personal, professional and if necessary - spiritual balance.  Most businesses manager's don't fully understand how vital employee satisfaction and good mental employee health really contributes to; or can negatively affect their "bottom-line."

It is a fact that one of the fastest growing problems in American business and abroad is employee stress, employee turnover, and absenteeism due to job related stress. Companies are now trying to find solutions to this ever growing problem, and are now turning to Minister's and Therapists as professional Counselors, amongst other alternatives to try to find cost effective solutions to this growing problem affecting corporate America's bottom-line.
